Max builds most of what you see on our sites, then makes sure Google can read it. He works in loops: build, test, pull it apart, build it better. His best fixes arrive out of nowhere, usually with the headphones on and something loud playing. Ask him which DJ set changed his life and clear your afternoon.

Sam started Cold in 2023 and still answers the phone himself. He sets the pace, then makes sure everyone gets a say in how the work gets done. A client going quiet bothers him more than it should, which is why they rarely do. When he's not here he's learning Norwegian or playing bass.

Samantha designs the way our sites look and the way Cold looks on social. Once she's on a brief nothing else exists, and she'll keep researching until it's right. Nearly right doesn't count. Show her an AI-generated photo with seven fingers and you'll get a full review. In summer she runs the streets round the office.

Jack has spent eight years doing both halves of the job, so he designs things he knows he can build and builds things that still look like the design. Logos, brands, websites, web apps. He's usually the one who notices the detail everyone else walked past.

Will sits where the build meets the rankings. He writes the code, then checks what it did to the numbers, and a page isn't finished for him until it's fast, findable and pulling its weight. He joined us in 2026 and slotted straight in.

Lloyd runs the SEO and marketing side: the plans, the content, the monthly reports that say what happened and why. He's never short of an idea and he'll explain it in plain English, which is rarer in this industry than it should be. Outside work he takes on endurance events, and he brings the same patience to a campaign that takes six months to pay off.
