I&S Construction is a London-based builder specialising in drylining, lightweight steel framing and full-scale structural projects across residential, commercial and public sectors. Founded by Ilir Nabolli and Shef Kraja, the company emphasises precision, sustainability and client-first delivery backed by strong leadership and industry expertise
We were approached to transform I&S Construction’s outdated website into a modern, Webflow-powered platform they could self-manage. The brief encompassed full web design and development—including project filtering and searchable job showcases—and bespoke email signature templates for consistent branding across communications. The goal: a fully editable, lead-generator site that highlights I&S’s portfolio and professionalism, while building trust with potential clients via polished digital touchpoints.
Our process began with concept and visual design, followed by site build on Webflow. We developed custom project template pages with filterable, searchable case studies, empowering I&S to add and categorize new projects independently. Complemented by branded email signatures for team members, the new system ensures visual consistency in all outbound messaging. The client was thrilled with how the website felt “show-off ready,” improving how they present their work to prospects and making updating new projects intuitive—helping attract new clients and showcase their capabilities with confidence.
