Restaurant and hotel website design

Websites for restaurants, hotels and pubs that look like the place feels and send guests straight to your own booking system.

Cold designs and builds websites for hospitality businesses in Webflow. We work with the reservation system or booking engine you already use and design the pages around it: menus, rooms, events, gift vouchers and the practical stuff like parking and access. Your team can change the specials, add an event or swap photos from the Editor.

The challenge for Hospitality businesses

A lot of venue websites were built once and left alone. The menu is a PDF from two seasons ago, the booking button opens a widget that doesn't fit the page, and the photos were taken on opening day. Guests notice. They bounce to Booking.com or a review site, where your venue sits in a list next to the place down the road.

02

Web design and development for Hospitality

We start by looking at how guests book now: which channels, which devices and how far ahead. Then we design around that path, with booking in view on every page and the details guests check most (menus, room types, prices, parking) one tap away. The build is Webflow, with your reservation system embedded properly. Our pricing calculator gives a range in about three minutes.

03

What changes for your Hospitality business

More bookings through your own system and fewer commission payments. A site your staff can keep current without calling anyone. Pages for weddings, functions and private dining that turn browsers into enquiries. Look at our portfolio for the quality of design and build you'd get.

What we do

Our web design services in Hospitality

Custom Website Design for Hospitality

A fine dining room and a country pub shouldn't share a template. We design from the place itself: its light, its materials, its food and the people who go there. Photography matters more here than almost anywhere, so we plan the shot list with you and build layouts that let the images carry the page, with text kept short and useful.

  • Designed from a blank page, never a theme.
  • Copy written by us, around the customers you want.
  • Every page built to bring in an enquiry.

E-commerce Web Design for Hospitality

Gift vouchers, tasting menus paid in advance, afternoon tea boxes and event tickets can all be sold on the site. We set that up through Webflow Ecommerce or connect the voucher and ticketing tools you already use, so payment lands in one place and the details reach your team without retyping. Deposits for large tables are usually handled by your reservation system, and we make that step look like part of your site.

  • Product pages that answer the questions buyers ask.
  • Delivery, collection and order emails set up before launch.
  • A checkout that's quick on a phone.

Portfolio and Creative Sites for Hospitality

Venues sell an experience, so the site has to show it. Event and wedding galleries, chef and team profiles, seasonal menus and stories about your suppliers are built as CMS collections your team can add to. Each event page carries capacity, layout options and what's included, so planners get what they need before they pick up the phone.

  • Large, fast-loading images that put the work first.
  • Project pages you can add to yourself in minutes.
  • Enquiry forms that ask for dates, budgets and the brief.

SEO-Friendly Web Design for Hospitality

Menus and room details go on the site as text that Google and the AI tools can read. Pages are structured around the searches guests make: the town, the occasion, the kind of food or stay. We add Restaurant or Hotel schema, connect the site to your Google Business Profile and redirect any old pages, so the move doesn't cost you the rankings you already have.

  • Titles, headings and schema set up from launch.
  • Pages built to pass Core Web Vitals.
  • Internal links planned across service and location pages.

Mobile-Optimised Web Design for Hospitality

Most guests will see your site on a phone, often outside, on mobile data and in a hurry. The phone layout comes first: a booking button fixed in reach, the menu one tap away, an address that opens in maps and a phone number that dials. Images are compressed to load on a weak signal. Desktop gets the same content with more room for photography.

  • Designed on a phone first, then scaled up.
  • Click to call and short forms on every page.
  • Tested on real devices before launch.

Website Redesign for Hospitality

Rebuilding a venue site is usually about catching up with the business. New rooms, a new chef, a function space that didn't exist last time. We audit what the current site earns from search, keep what works, rewrite what's thin and redirect every old URL. Seasonal and event pages are rebuilt as templates, so next year's Christmas page takes your team minutes.

  • An audit of what your current site earns before anything changes.
  • Redirects mapped so your rankings carry across.
  • A faster, clearer site without starting from zero.
How we work

Audit. Build. Launch.

01 · Days 1 to 3

Audit

The first few days go on how guests find and book you now, the systems you use for reservations, rooms and vouchers, and the venues you compete with. We agree pages, photography and the booking route, then write the brief.

02 · Days 4 to 16

Build

Design and build overlap from the first week, and you'll see progress twice a week. Copy, menus and rooms are set up as editable collections, and your booking system is embedded so it looks and works like part of the site.

03 · Days 17 to 21

Launch

Before launch we test bookings on real phones, check every form and voucher purchase, run a speed pass and switch on redirects. You get a recorded handover so your team can update menus, events and offers from day one.

The local picture

Website design for Hospitality businesses

People choosing where to eat, drink or stay are mostly choosing a feeling, then checking the practical details. They want to know it looks good, that there's a table on Saturday, that the dog's welcome and where to park. Venues that answer all that on their own site, quickly, keep the booking. The ones that don't hand it to a third party and pay for the privilege.

Questions

Hospitality web design FAQs

Forty second answers with no jargon. Anything else, ring the office and ask whoever picks up.

Can the site work with OpenTable, ResDiary or SevenRooms?

Yes. We embed the widget or link to the booking page your system provides, styled as closely to your site as the system allows, and make sure completed bookings are tracked in GA4. Room bookings through SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Mews or similar get the same treatment. If you're switching systems, tell us early so we build for the new one.

Can staff update the menu and specials themselves?

Yes. Menus are built as editable collections in Webflow, so changing a dish, a description or a dietary label takes a minute in the Editor. Specials, events and opening times work the same way. We record a walkthrough for your team at launch. Anything you'd rather hand to us is covered by a care plan.

How much does a new venue website cost?

A single venue with one menu is a small job. Rooms, several menus, voucher or ticket sales and new photography all add to it. Run your details through our pricing calculator for a ballpark; it takes about three minutes and shows options for spreading the cost. We agree a fixed price once the build is scoped.

How many weeks does a venue site take?

Most take four to six weeks. A small restaurant site with photos and copy ready can be live in about three. Hotels with several room types, events and vouchers sit at the longer end. If there's a reopening, a new season or a refurbishment to hit, tell us at the start and we'll plan backwards from it.

Will a new site get us more direct bookings?

It should, if the booking route is clear and the site gets found. Most of the gain comes from putting booking on every page, cutting the steps to confirm and giving guests a reason to book with you, such as a better rate or a perk. We track bookings from the site so you can compare before and after.

Can guests buy gift vouchers on the site?

Yes. Vouchers can be sold through Webflow Ecommerce or through a voucher platform you already use, embedded on the page. Either way the sale happens on your site and you keep the customer's details. Vouchers sell hardest before Christmas and Mother's Day, so we design the page with those peaks in mind.

Why Cold

What hotels and restaurants get from Cold

Website design for Hospitality businesses

A hotel or restaurant site has one job: getting a guest from the menu or room page to a confirmed booking without picking up the phone. We put your booking system where people decide, keep pages quick for someone stood outside on a weak signal, and build in Webflow so your team can change menus, prices and offers themselves.

Once the site is live, hotel and restaurant SEO wins more of the local searches, and our hospitality marketing agency work fills quiet midweek nights with paid social and email.
